COMMITTEE MISSION
To maintain discipline within the college premises
 

OBJECTIVES
 

  1. To maintain discipline among students during regular college activities, events, seminars and field trips etc.

  2. To make sure that students:

      • wear proper uniform
      • do not use cell phones within college premises
      • reach college in time
      • are not admitted to classes before 12:00 noon in case of late arrival
      • do not skip classes

     

  3. To guide first year students on their orientation day.

  4. To take IDs of the students not following college-discipline rules.

 

DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS AGAINST STUDENTS
 

  • For late comers: remain in common room till 12:00

  • For mobile users: issuance of warning token

  • For bunkers: issuance of warning token

  • Improper uniform: issuance of warning token

COMMITTEE MEETINGS
The president organizes monthly club meetings and briefs the heads (teachers) of committee issues, work, and progress.
 

COMMITTEE RULES
 

  • All the members are required to wear red sash as identification of the disciplinary-club membership

  • If any member of the committee is found breaking college discipline rules, the membership is discontinued

  • The president allocates club duties to the members and keeps monthly record of members’ performance
