Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh has introduced Sindh E-Centralized College Admission Program (SECCAP) 2014-15.Now all Matric students seeking admission in colleges of Karachi can apply via online web portal www.sindheducation.gov.pk/SECCAP.
